Sahebwho visited the school on the occasion of 'Dastar Bandi' .

1997 was a day of jubilation for the Amtulians as Maulana Wahid-ud-din
Khan Saheb visited the school campus. The occasion was marked by "Dastar
Bandi" ceremony to those students who successfully completed "Nazira"
of Quran. The Maulana needs no introduction for he is a eminent
personality. Apart from being a religious head he is also a well-versed
scholar of international repute.
He emphasized that
in schools, students should endeavour not to become 'literates' but to
be 'educated'. This will improve the falling moral and ethical values
which are so much needed by the students of the present generation.
